My Work Is Guided by:

Confidentiality, Respect and Professional Ethics

Welcome. I’m Olga Persson, a psychologist working within a psychoanalytic and systemic family therapy framework.

My work focuses on both presenting concerns and the underlying psychological dynamics that shape internal conflicts and recurring life patterns.

About

I work with people during periods of personal and professional transition — when familiar ways of coping are no longer reliable, and internal conflicts begin to feel more acute.

In my practice, I draw on a psychoanalytic understanding of the individual and a systemic perspective on relationships.

My focus is not only on relieving symptoms, but also on gradually understanding the deeper causes of what is happening — the internal processes that shape choices, relationships, and life patterns.

I work with adults and adolescents, creating a space where you can speak freely, without pressure or judgment.

Sessions are available both online and in person in Nice.

I currently continue my professional development and research at Université Paris Cité.

Approach

The psychoanalytic approach addresses unconscious processes that underlie internal conflicts and recurring life patterns.

Symptoms rarely arise without cause. Anxiety, a sense of emptiness, intrusive thoughts, difficulties in relationships, or a loss of meaning are often connected to deeper inner tensions.

The therapeutic space allows you to speak freely — without judgment.

Therapy is not limited to advice or recommendations. It is a process of careful exploration of your inner world.

I do not offer ready-made solutions or impose interpretations. Our work is based on a collaborative exploration of your experience, through which underlying motives, emotions, and internal conflicts gradually become clearer.

People come to therapy for different reasons — during periods of crisis, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, loss, or when facing complex decisions in their personal or professional lives.

Each story is unique. At times, change begins with the ability to put into words what has long remained unspoken.
